Humberto provided an evening of special cocktails at a party we held recently at our house. Everyone of our guests commented on what a fantastic evening they had and how extra special the cocktails and Humberto's cocktail making wizardry had made the occasion - the children especially enjoyed being taught how to make their very own 'kids' cocktails. A great evening and we would thoroughly recommend Humberto for private parties.

I recently asked Humberto to host a "school mums" event at my home. He was extremely helpful in the planning stages, helping me to create a suitable cocktail menu from his extensive repertoire. On the night, he arrived in plenty of time to set up and he looked after us all extremely well: his cocktails were delicious, the service smooth and his cocktail "masterclass" presentation good fun and informative at the same time. An excellent night all round, with the icing on the cake being that Humberto and his assistant left my kitchen immaculate!
